The Firm was founded in 1992 and has grown steadily
over the years. We concentrate on providing first class
legal services with the emphasis firmly on the personal
touch. We strive to maintain our position as one of the
most technologically advanced firms in Scotland.

Alan is the Firm's Senior Partner and has many years of experience in
all types of property work, wills and executries. With an expanding
commercial and corporate portfolio, Alan also acts for a number of
housing developers.

Euan has been a Partner since 1995 and handles all types of residential
and commercial property transactions together with wills and the
winding up of estates. Euan has a special interest in access to land
issues, right of way disputes and community buy-out projects.

DAVID MITCHELL

David heads our rapidly expanding court department, handling a wide
range of matrimonial, compensation, debt recovery, criminal and
employment matters throughout Scotland from District and Sheriff
Courts to the Court of Session.
