Alan K Sprang Expertise Alan is our senior partner, having over 20 years experience in the areas of private client work and commercial and business law. Alan’s practice covers a variety of areas including all residential and commercial property related transactions, wills, estates and powers of attorney and all private client work generally. Alan also regularly advises on a variety of business-related matters with an expanding commercial portfolio. He also has extensive experience in housing development. As well as enjoying family activities, in his spare time Alan enjoys golf, fishing and coaching an athletics team. He is currently Vice President of Ayr Seaforth Athletics Club. Contact |
Euan M Terras Expertise Euan handles a varied caseload, including all aspects of residential and commercial property, private client work including wills, estates, powers of attorney and guardianships, matrimonial separation and divorce, personal injury claims, and general commercial and business matters. Euan is recognised as an expert on access to land issues and Public Rights of Way, and sits on the Scotways National Legal Committee and the South Ayrshire Local Access Forum. Euan also acts for a number of charities and Community Interest Companies. Euan currently chairs the Parent Council at his local primary school and is a Church Elder as well as being a chauffeur for his children’s many activities.
